It's that time of year again, where you are simultaneously excited and exhausted all at once as you begin this race's last inning.
The tasks may feel overwhelming, everyone is getting tired as the race is almost run. I can only imagine the angst you may be feeling.
How do you hold everyone and everything together so that survival isn't just achieved, but there is also some quality of living?
It got me thinking of you and the many hats you wear, and my hope is for you to make it through and not just end up at the finish line a completely exhausted being.
I can imagine it will be hard as the batton you carry is weighted with many things, not to mention all the jobs that the fun of the festive season brings.
My ambition is not to create more pondering of concern on this subject but to strategise, in hopes I may aid your weariness in the midst of everything.
A place to provide respite for your soul, where your body may source solitude and here you may find yourself with the support to continue with beautiful ease.
I believe you will make it through this last inning with such grace and wisdom, because a foundation of strength and kindness is what you keep.
So be steadfast, my beautiful friend, for you are purposed to not just hold great things but to also enjoy them all too.
I encourage you in this season of busyness to please create moments that are imbedded in rest and reset solely just for you.
