The Human Design of Contradictory Position

Published on 30 October 2024 at 07:03

Can you be in two places at once, a contradictory position, like your heart and mind are in battle and in a state of war?

Because half of you feel like you are at a revolving door that brings no remorse, but also present is the need to refute that even in this state you can and will soar.

The silence of people you thought would be around to show aid is disappointing, but comparatively, others not known to you are offering helpful support.

You are stuck in between. In just one minuscule moment, the emotions are incomprehensible. How can one instance leave you in such a deep distort?

You feel broken and shattered, this is all too defeating, yet also you see hope, you feel the pull to continue this battle and fight.

The disposition of dislocation is heavy. It contributes to the confusion of solutions. However, the notion of repossession and claiming your life is in sight.

Is this disarray of thoughts and processes normal? You begin to contemplate if this place of peril is your mind going crazy and the imbalance is making you unwell.

Yet the conclusion is that this inequality is actually a natural human response; It allows for the alarms of your mind and heart to concurrently and immoderately dwell.

You don’t have to only have one concept only flowing, you are a body who is navigating complexity, so your mind and heart can’t always be in consensus.

It is unfeasible to believe your stance can be isolated. Remember the body and one of the biggest grounding techniques is to focus in on all its senses.

So it has to remain true that you are allowed to be in a state of distress and also feel at ease. Every perspective, even if it’s simultaneous, is valid.

So a development of feeling inspired, ready to take on the world, and further a sense of complacency doesn’t mean your fragmented or challenged.

If your thoughts are racing, feelings cascading, it means you are not denying yourself, for when we ignore what our body is saying, our journey is confined.

It means your functionality is alive, moving and growing, because allowing a consciousness of difference creates you to be exactly part of the intricate and incredible human design.
