You have navigated many stormy seas, you're a captain, and though it's your job is to direct, you never thought you would in the end be alone
For although you're a master of the unknown, and used to having a crew by your side, sadly life has unpredictably blindsided you, and obstacles are thrown
You observe the skies and listen to the waves, but sometimes danger arises and you are left in the shadows of the unexpected
But remember you're a commander, you have fought many rough seas, and although they come with challenges and loss, in the end the calmness of the ocean is always resurrected
It's not easy but remember just like the sun always rises after the night, so does the beautiful gift of the ocean's serenity abound even after a bout of unease
So let yourself remain devoted to the journey, for hope can coincide with sorrow, and with that we can believe that what's found is intricacies of joy and peace
